I'm not satisfied and you shouldn't send these surveys immediately after an appointment. Issues are often not apparent for days or even weeks after work has been done.

I have been dealing with you service depfor almost ten years, the last four Joey has been my main service advisor. He has always been very professional yet very kind.
One of my tires came out with a bulgde on the sidewall and it was not like that when i took it in, unfortunately i left right after they closed and was unable to reach someone my car only has only 6300 miles i would like to know if there is something that can be done and or if its covered by the tire manufacturer warranty or by the dealer.
I’ve had my car in twice for the air conditioner. The first time I was told I didn’t know how to work it. I do. Yesterday they still did not listen and told me the compressor broke while they were working on it. The compressor came on today and the air conditioner worked fine until I stopped and restarted the car then it would not work. This has been the problem all along and you don’t seem to believe me even though this is a common problem with this year of the car. I am Most unsatisfied.
Christian was great to work with. Kept me informed the entire time during my service and also made me feel like a real person and not just another customer.

Customer service checking in is GREAT!! Wait time is terrible! I had an appointment & I was there 3 hours! My car took 3 & a half to be done for a simple oil change service. This is ridiculous

Service personnel were very professional. Hyundai warranty policy was disappointing in regards to a plastic part which broke in my glove compartment. I will contact Hyundai USA regarding this issue.
He was friendly, fast & courteous
Adrienne was very helpful and friendly. She also explained to me what service Hyundai was providing vs. Jiffy Lube where I’d gotten another quote for my brake pads. I was glad to be getting better service from Hyundai so that my brake pads will last longer. I also trust the job you all do more than I would at a random service station.
We are very happy with this vehicle but are concerned with possible engine and theft problems in the future based on class action law suits.
