Dezerae was very attentive, friendly and fast. As soon as she was done with her customer, she called the next one up. Great communication, very efficient, she got my car info, set up my ride home and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. It was a great experience!!
My car remains at the dealership getting fixed after 3 days. I returned on the 1st day after being informed it was fixed and than a user authentication signal appeared and have not received any further updates since than.

My schedule for oil change was 11:00. I was there on time. I was told that wait time is 3 hours so I opted to be shuttled home. She said i will receive a calll. My car is done. She never called me. I caled the dealer around 3pm. To check if my car is done. The service tracking says my car
Was still in service. After a long wait, i was told that my car is ready and a lyft will pick me up. When i showed up at the dealer, i was informed that my phone in record is erroneous. I had multiple hyundai cars and get serviced by the Bakersfield , and never had that problem. When I got the lyft service to go home, she just told me that the luft car is a tesla. Good thing there was only 1 tesla in front of the dealer. Normally, i will have a tracking sent to my phone. She is full of talks and

All the issue they resolved is still there . I take my car back three times . It’s still leaking oil and it’s still shaking even though they fix the clutch twice or three times. They adjust it but never replaced it . Now it’s back in shop from last couple days . No one answer and update how long it will take . My service rep is never on desk . All those time I get my car fixed . So it’s not pleasant experience at all .
I had made an appointment for oil change. My oil change was at 11:15 I gave my vehicle to your team at 11 am. I did not receive the vehicle until 1:38pm. This is the longest oil change I have even been part of. Do better! My time is just as important as yours.
Cristian Olmos is the only person in the service department who acknowledges his customers. Because of him our service was excellent.
