I was told that I only needed to wait 45 minutes, so I decided to wait for my car.it took over 2 hrs. If they told me that they needed more than an hour, i would have gone home.

I am disabled and walk with a walker when my car was finished it took another 15 minutes to get my keys and paperwork .. my car was also parked almost out by the street instead of up close to the door where I went out. There were plenty of closer places where my car could have been parked….I would like to speak with a manager about the of one of your employees… Thank you
