We purchased our Palisade a few years ago from this location and have always brought it here for service, repair, etc. We have never been unhappy with the service we receive. We have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. This visit on 2/18/2025 was not like that. Our vehicle was brought in for routine service with an 11:15 am appt. I arrived early and was checked in by Alyssa. I stated I would be waiting there for my vehicle since it shouldn’t take longer than the previous visits. She stated she would keep me updated if one of the filters needed to be changed or if we could skip it this visit. 2 hours later around 1pm, I had not heard anything and I needed to get to an appointment by 2:30 so I asked for a time frame update. Alyssa left to go check and came back 10 min later stating it would be another hour and a half to two hours. I am not sure what in a routine service would take a total of 4 hours but understand things happen and may take longer than expected however I was never updated until I asked. I stated I needed to leave and had to be picked up. I am unsure if Ubers or courtesy cares are offered but if they are, this would have been nice to know. I stated my frustration for not being told it would take longer than the expected 2-3 hours we spoke about when I checked in for my appointment. I made it very clear that I wanted to be notified at my number that was listed on the account as soon as our vehicle was ready because I needed my vehicle for a school event that evening. I never received a call or update the rest of the day. I was never notified if the filter was or wasn't needed. We finally received a text at 9am on 2/19 stating it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked why it wasn’t ready until this morning and what took so long for a routine service that was brought in for an appointment at 11am. Alyssa stated it was ready yesterday. I asked why I wasn’t notified and she said I tried calling this morning but no one answered. She tried calling my husbands number when I specifically told her to contact mine because I knew he wouldn’t be able to answer the call. Also turned out she misdialed and didn’t call the right number then when realizing there would be no answer, didn’t bother calling the number I had asked be utilized. She never answered why I never received a call when it was ready on 2/18 like I had asked. I asked again and I was ignored and told my receipt/total and then told the vehicle will be brought out front. My frustration and concerns was disregarded and ignored and I was not given anything but an “okay”. I understand things happen but I hope for better communication with her future customers. I am baffled by the lack of professionalism I witnessed when voicing my concerns and asking questions. I am not the customer to get upset and understand things happen. What upset me was the way I was talked to, treated and the overall poor communication.
David does a great job. Just tired of having to drive back and forth to the dealership for things that are the company’s responsibility. Time is money and I’m spending a lot of it so you can fix my BRAND NEW CAR

Came in the second time due to my car having a cold start ( extended start) along with a brief video to show Service advisor David of my car issue. They tried twice to see if they experienced the same issue and did not happen. Bringing the car back on Sunday for a drop off so on Monday they will start up my car to see if the cold start issue happens when the car is cold? I did express if I use my car in the afternoon the extended start still happens. So we shall see on Monday, 2/17/25.
Everybody there at the Hyundai dealership was very welcoming and acknowledged me with a “hello.” A Great Customer Service business. I know because I was in customer service for 30 years.

I had to call to pick up my vehicle four hours after dropping it off and it was done way earlier the woman who helped me did not let me know when it was ready and upon retrieving my vehicle she was not there to assist me with the paper work and I had to stand there waiting for fifteen minutes until the nice gentleman just ended up doing the paperwork himself so I could finally leave. I dropped it off at 10 am and didn’t get my car until 3 pm poor customer care and assistance usually you guys are excellent and very on point not sure what happened.

Alyssa was very nice and helpful but I took my car in for an oil change. I was told I needed 4 new tires. Alyssa was great with customer service. When I picked up the car, something is wrong with the right rear tire that is impacting the steering wheel where it will not align properly. I am bringing my car back in the morning for it to be corrected. I travel to Las Vegas tomorrow and it is imperative that I have a safe car to drive in with my family.
