Took care of me right away and I love how they communicate very well with me and also help me get there and back.
We came in for a recall on the car. After having the car for nearly 4 hours. We were called saying the recall could not be completed because service department didn’t have a curtain part and we need to bring it back for the recall to be completed. If they knew they didn’t have this part they should’ve had us reschedule for another time when they had all the parts.
Went in for an oil change, within 30 minutes I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Fast service, good customer service!
Faster response to text messages and phone calls. Accept less walk ins to serve appointments on a timely basis.

the lack of direct communication is an issue at this dealership. I don’t get updates on my vehicle. I have to call and verify if it will have to stay overnight. Parts are not ordered in a timely manner. After taking my vehicle for safety concerns four times, they were finally able to identify the problem it’s had from the start. They identified the problem after the end of my warranty and did not provide the courtesy service. Despite the website saying 2022 models, have a 5 year/60,00 miles warranty. In general, my negative experience made me lose trust in this dealership and car brand. This dealership prioritizes profit over direct communication, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

Dezera was wonderful. However, I was told that an appointment would not be made unless they had all the parts for the recall. They made the appointment and they didn’t have the parts for the recall, now I have to come back and waste more time sitting in your lobby. Not happy about that at all.
this is the 2nd time i witnessed mr clark ( i guess the big boss ) greeting everyone he encountered, including me. that gives us like an assurance of a well service will be provided. and the wait was fast! great service always in hyundai wible!!!
