I had an appointment for a routine 15k mile oil change at 9:00 am, which was scheduled the week before (I was NOT a walk-in). I showed up to the Service Center at 8:50 am. There were about 5 cars in the pull-thru before me. Busy, but not intolerable. I checked in with my Advisor Alyssa and told her I had a ride. I was not given an estimate time for completion or any preliminary estimate receipts. I didn’t receive a text notification that my car had been checked in until 2 hours later. At 1:30 pm I still had not heard anything from anyone so I called and was told someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. At 3:00 pm I still had not heard anything and my child needed to be picked up from school so my husband had to leave work to go pick him up for me.. At 4:30 pm I still had not heard from anyone about my vehicle so my husband called and was told it was being put on the rack “right now” and would be ready in 30 minutes. At 5:00 pm we drove to the dealership. On the way there, I received a notification that my doors were unlocked. When we arrived, Alyssa told us they had just barely started and it would still be another 15 minutes. We were livid. My vehicle had somehow been lost in the shuffle and never even gotten to until right before we arrived back at 5:00 pm. It was checked in at 9am! The worst part was that NO ONE bothered to contact me to let me know it was going to take that long so I could decide to wait or reschedule for another day and I was left stranded with no way to pickup my kid from school and no idea when I’d have my car back, and NO ONE would talk to me on the phone about it! Worst service experience I have ever had with any car dealership!
Everything ok with services Christian, bad experience with services in oil change, my appointment was at 8:30 I’m waiting 6 hours to get my vehicle with appointment

Wait time was 3 hours for service but needed up being 4 hours without anyone notifying us while we waited in the waiting room
