Every time I go in for a service, There is always something going on my previous experience was there was oil splattered all over my engine and had to drive all the way back the next day, which was a complete waste of time for me, and my most recent visit. I waited over 4 1/2 hours For a service. Within two hours, then I checked up on my status and all I got back was a they are doing final touches then an hour goes by and I still haven’t gotten in my car even after the fourth hour, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my car. they said they had a lot of appointments for that day, but I don’t understand why there was so many appointments if they don’t have the capacity to take all of them.

Service appt was scheduled in a timely manner when request was made. Mr. Clark was courteous and informative with notifications and how long service may take and when it was completed. I was totally satisfied with the whole experience.
