Andy is a Great Asset in representing Fontana Nissan Customer Care! The patience, kindness and the very courteous ways Andy approaches Nissan’s customers is one of the main reasons I choose to bring my 2018 Rogue to Fontana Nissan for service. Recently there was a major repair needed because the heater and air conditioner weren’t working in my Rogue, which required it to be left at dealership for a few days and I was given a loaner vehicle. My car isn’t push button start and isn’t as up to date in advancements as newer models. Andy took a lot of time calmly explaining instructions on how to operate it, I really wasn’t comfortable in having to drive it. Andy took the time to find e another car that wasn’t as complicated for me to drive. I can’t express just how Grateful I am to you and Andy how much I Appreciate this Kindness !! When I made contact with the dealership to have my vehicle checked (based on the recall notification received) Pam was most helpful in scheduling my appointment, and followed up with a reminder call. (This is the service I am accustomed to from Nissan dealership (with one exception)). Andy greeted me upon arrival escorted me the waiting area and pointed out the amenities for customers. Great service!
