Dashboard is showing a light saying there’s a problem with the headlights
I called and spoke to Herman. He was able to offer me the discount for the service that I need according to the recommendation and a complementary tires rotation upon request. I was told that it would take two hours to complete. Maybe because of Wednesday which they told me as the 'less busy day of the week' or not, I was out of there within an hour and a half which was a big improvement. I used to wait for hours for just an oil change. Thank you to Mr. Herman Rivas for his help to make my experience a smooth and pleasant one at the Fontana Nissan Dealership.

Herman Revas is a gem and worked really hard to care for me & my car. BUT I do have 2 complaints.
1. The difficulty of making an appointment on the phone. The woman's outgoing message states her commitment to call back the same business day, and she almost never does. (The one time she did, I had left an angry-verging-on-insulting message in her voice-mail.
2. My initial problem was a slow leak in my LEFT rear tire aka driver's side rear. I distinctly remember using both descriptive AND physically pointing at the problem area. Somehow, the word "right" was put in the paperwork. Indeed, a nail WAS found in the RIGHT tire, which was not visible having a problem. But the left rear tire was not adequately checked, and a damaged o-ring in the tire pressure sensor was missed. Therefore, when I tried to leave the house the next day, the LEFT rear tire was extremely flat and the vehicle had to be towed back to Nissan for repairs. (I was not charged for the tow, the Lyft ride home, or the repair, for which I thank you.)
3. The actual time needed for repairs today was in excess of the projected time. In other words, I waited 2+ hours before requesting the ride home. I wish someone had told me sooner "This will take a while: you might want to go home to wait."
I do not ask for anyone to be reprimanded on an individual basis: I think this might be an issue that needs to be generally addressed at your next staff meeting.

Always great service except they have forgotten to refill my washer fluid during my last two service appts. This time I even asked if it was included and Frank said yes but it is still empty.

The sticker for the next oil change did not belong to my car. It said next oil change at 13.000 miles and my car has 82.000 miles on it. Come on guys.
