Every time an issue comes up with any of my cars I call up Herman and right away he sets up an appointment. He explains in detail of what exactly is wrong with your vehicle and what it really needs none of that extra stuff. Mr. Rivas is very reliable and genuine can’t go wrong with him

I brought in my car with no engine light , after I declined repairs the engine light is on and I can’t clear it. Service gave an explanation why the light is on, but I’m upset and not satisfied with expansion. My car is worse now .

I get there was a wait and to be told 1 hour to 1hr and a half was kind of a shock but to actually wait 2 to almost 2 and a half just for an oil change was really irritating

I am 63 yrs old have had many cars .. so with that many dealerships to deal with over the years .. and being a woman .. Juan let me know all that I needI havevery little maintenance on a car knowledge.. but with Fontana Nissan it has been the best experience.. and I’m always taken care of so is my car the best service with a dealership service Dept ..
