My appointment was at 9:45. I got there at 9:35. You were so busy, you didn't actually come out til around 10:20... I think you overbooked.. not only that, the service took more than 4 hrs....
Great service! Andy went above to make sure I was taken care of. Even had my car washed and ready for me.
Mr Martinez was thorough and professional in his approach. He made me aware of an offer but because of other expenses I have I was not able to accept his offer but I appreciated him letting me know. The only thing that was not done was the car wash. Seemingly just portions of the car were wiped cleaned. That would not be a reflection on Mr Martinez.

Andy was amazing as always! He took care and consideration of me and me vehicle, was on point with the cost and time estimate, and even kept me updated. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for service. He deserves a raise!!!
Left rear door panel was returned to us broken, was advised that it will be replaced by dealer with no charge just hope it doesn’t take to long other than that electrical issue was solved and we appreciate it
The oil cap was left off after my oil change.
