Satisfied with all the help Herman gave. Im fustrated with the issue not being felt/caught. I will take in again if problems persist.

I live 45 to 60 minutes from Fontana. The only reason I went there is the first service I got was excellent it took less than 90 minutes this service took about 3hrs and I didn’t get a car wash. When I explained to Juan that I lived a hour away and that coming back for a car wash wouldn’t be economically good for me all he did was promise me a carwash the next service I thought I should’ve at least been offered a free oil change also I could pay for an oil change at Victorville Nissan I’m receive coupons from them all the time and they’re only 10 minutes away.

Herman was amazing. Best customer service, 5 star. But the process it took before I got to him? Terrible. Sitting in the line outside for at least 15 minutes before being “assigned” someone then another 10 minutes waiting for that person. Ridiculous. Why make a 10:20 appointment if you aren’t able to see me until 10:55? This is terrible and needs to be looked at for improvement.
Frank was upfront professional and timely in letting my what was going on with my car the work was excellent I will be bring my car back again for any service issues I have

The service person that helped me had attitude. I don’t appreciate that he supposed to make me feel welcomed he didn’t maybe he should be a janitor and I deal with the public.

Andy has too much work on his hands. He took longer than expected to set me up. Even when I had my appointment at 9:15 am. He also told me he was going to notify me as soon as car is done , but failed to do so. I needed my car early. Called multiple times with no luck of answer. Then I left a voicemail w no return call. I also txt the automated txt message for the status of my car. Around 5 pm I had luck w a representative in which they told me my car has been ready since the morning. Time is critical and important, but I felt that Nissan representatives failed me on that department.
Everything was explained clearly by Ric about the maintenance that is due. Excellent service.
