I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change….the employee did inform me that he only had two workers that did oil changes and that Monday’s were there busiest days along with Friday and Saturday at then end of my service
I took the vehicle in for a inspection and was told that my radiator was leaking from the top. I don’t believe they checked the radiator and based their decision based on water an d anti freeze on the top of the radiator. Because prior to bringing the car to the dealer ship I loosened the cap when the engine was still hot and it caused it to over spill.

They told me that they would have my car ready in two hours and it took 5 hours until I called to ask about my vehicle. They told me that it was ready. In my opinion, the service was very slow because the only thing that they had to do it was a reprogramming
