Andy called me to get more information related to the mechanical issues my 2019 Nissan kicks was having just to insure they addressed all problems and was very informative once the diagnostic test was completed. He further explained what was covered u see my warranty and what normal maintenance and insured I paid a reasonable price for service rendered.

It was a great day as I purchased this Nissan Rogue 2018. Also again the same feelings as I entered the Fontana Nissan on that day for first oil change. Received me with respect and courtesy and took care my car as I wished from them. That's why I love Nissan......

First of all I waited for 30 minutes witch wasn’t the bad part, it was the customers that showed up 20 minutes after me were helped before me. One of the reasons I was in was because we been having issues with the radio system. I was told we were out of our warranty, I understand however this is an issue we have been in with prior to the warranty expiring. Andy was able to get his manager to approve it but i fault they didn’t want to and was told this will be the last time. As I told him
