I made an appointment for car service on February 11 at 11am. I waiting in my car in a long line for 30 minutes before the service writer, Herman was ready to take care of me. What was the point of having a scheduled appointment?? My driver had to wait for me all that time. The situation was stressful and embarrassing!

He only offered me the most expensive oil change. I asked if my car NEEDED synthetic oil and he said yes. When I asked a different advisor he looked it up and said my car can do either one. Felt like he was just trying to make money off of me
