We picked up our TLX the other day for B1 service done and 5 minutes after picking it up we had different warning lights on the dash. The guy there said they would go away after the cold weather but they haven’t. No one has reached out to fix this. The car was fine when we dropped it off !

Kelli was great! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was very friendly. I had asked several questions regarding typical maintenance services for my vehicle and she provided detailed answers for all my questions - which was incredibly helpful! Overall, Kelli was polite, informative, and attentive and I was very pleased with the service experience.

Jonathan was at my car when I pulled into the Service Bay…no waiting on my part. He listened to why I came in for service and then offered for me to stand inside by his desk as he gathered information on my MDX. He then checked me in, gave me an estimate of time for the service, then showed me where to wait. Jonathan stayed in touch with me and the service was completed in a timely manner. My wife and I are in town from Baton Rouge, LA to be with our daughter and her family as she will deliver her second child in a couple of days. We have owned many Lexus vehicles in the past. This is the first Acura. Your dealership provided Lexus-like service for us. I can’t say the same about the Baton Rouge Acura dealership. Keep up the good service. Thank You…
