2 associates attended to my car. Both were advised of the reasons for visit as follow: 2 fault codes (shawd, emissions). Also that idling was off and acceleration felt non responsive/jerky. Upon receipt of my car i noticed the acceleration issue feels unresolved. Upon communicating with my service lead i was advised this issue was not communicated. I would have appreciated a proper scoping of work prior to spending $2200 It may have changed my investment decision. I will go back to reassess vehicle.

Kelli was great . I will request her next time to be my service advisor. It’s nice to have a woman as a service advisor and who is patient . I feel more comfortable with her getting my car needs done. Please note everyone is nice, just great to have someone relatable on the service side .
