Jose was a pleasure to work with. My son’s car was delivered by truck from Oregon. He immediately had technicians look at it and assess the issue. By noon the car was fixed and being washed. I was very impressed with Jose and your Acura dealership I’ve never dealt with before.

Kelli was just fine. Nick handled most of it. My only issue was that my full diagnostic fee of$204 wasn’t put toward the battery I ended up buying because it was explained that the tech had to get paid. He only gets .4 of an hour for a battery installation. That’s not how it is initially explained to customers.
