Jose met me when I arrived. He listened carefully as I described the problem I had with the alarm system going off. He was friendly and assured me that they would look for the problem and give me a plan. He came out and talk to me within a short period and told me what was discovered, and offered me options. I felt comfortable in talking with him, and was satisfied with the results of the repair. In addition, another problem was found with the car and I’m glad that I came in because fixing that problem would’ve made a big difference in the safety. All in all I am very pleased. I drove off and a happy Acura.
I think you could have rotated the tries for free. I mean cmon. I’m spending 1600 and you want 30$ more for a two minute job? And you have two tires off for the timing belt anyway. I know it’s not Jose’s fault, but that’s a bit absurd.

in general i am pleased. Nick Lantvit did an excellent job of answering all my questions and assisting me in understanding my maintenance and warranty-related contracts. I was somewhat disappointed that the windshield chip could not be evaluated as the 3rd party window guy was not there that day. This should have been known when the appointment was made days prior.
