We were not satisfied at all. In fact if I didn't have a an automotive background it seems like the advisor was trying to take advantage of us. They said our CPO vehicle had a bad lower control arm. That part was covered under warranty but the alignment was not. The manager was involved but refused too. I then pulled up our warrant coverage by Acura and it stated it there on page 14. Even then we got pushback. Magicaly we received a 4th phon call saying he pulled strings to get something covered that should have been covered in the first place. Not sure if more training or deceptive practices were at hand. Either way we won't be back. It took a lot to have the services we had done. I was actually on the phone with another dealer to take care of the car when they called me back. No warm and fuzzy feelings when dealing with McGrath. More like holy **** I have to deal with these people again. All over an alignment that should have been covered in the first place. If you reverse this scenario would you want to shop @ McGrath? I know I wouldn't.

Very curtious issue was fixed fast
I don't understand why we had to have the differential oil changed while only 1 1/2 years into this 3 yr lease. My wife felt like she had to do it or void lease. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and got unnecessary upsell of 160dollar for differential oil . I don't think that's right.
I paid for the A1 service which includes the tire rotation, but the tires were not rotated, instead of I was told I needed new tires, which I declined since I dont drive the car as much (about 6000 miles a year). Since part of the service wasn't done, I dont understand why the price didnt reflect that.
Stephen was awesome. Walked me through everything and even had pictures. Great service.
The job is not quite complete, due to a back ordered part. However, the service thus far has been stellar! Thank you and look forward to the job being completed.
