Excellent service and advice
I told the service writer several times to change the contact number to my number and not my wife’s. He constantly called my wife and then after he confirmed with me about pick up, he called my wife again. Getting the car fixed up was supposed to be a surprise for her.
I brought my car in on Tuesday to get an undercoating done and first place finished completed. Also asked for a car wash and the maintenance light reset. I just bought from this location a few weeks ago. When I went to pick up the car, after service, there was no indication of anything being completed on it, no paperwork about the undercoating, and the outside of the car was still dirty, I had also asked for a carwash. When I went to turn on the car this morning, the overdue maintenance light was still on, so I feel that nothing was completed. My car was barely there for 24 hours. I do not live or work close to your location so even though I borrowed a car from you, and had to fill it with gas, which I understand, I felt like it was a waste since I really don’t know if anything was completed.
When I called initially for an appointment for the work I paid to get done when I bought the car, I waited a week and received no call. I was told I’d be receiving a phone call to schedule the work to be done and never did. So when I called to make an appointment, I was not in the system, like there was no record of me. They finally figured out who I was and what I purchased. Since they couldn’t find my name, they listed my appointment under my husbands name bc he bought a car recently through McGrath but then told me they would change it in the system to my information. I then called before my appointment to make sure everything was in the system correctly now and gave them my name and number and there was still no record of my name or number. So I said once again to look under my husband’s name and number and it was there…my appointment. But it was for his MDX coming in for service, not my car! And the only reason then that I was able to get a loaner was to have them look up my husbands name and number bc his name was listed as the loaner recipient.
So I talked to this girl who put in my information once again and I told her what I was coming in for. I told her what I mentioned before. When I brought it in on Tuesday evening Kelli looked in the system and STILL everything that needed to be done was not entered correctly. The only things listed were the undercoating and carwash. So Kelli called Ryan my salesman and he said he didn’t remember what I purchased additionally during the sale. I signed something during the sale but never received a copy… it was the undercoating and outside first place finish/ceramic coating he sold me. so I told him I swear it was two additional things I paid for. So he left to look it up and came back very quickly and said to Kelli to add the first place finish bc I told him I thought I paid for something more than the undercoat, again, signed something but never given the paperwork for this addition. So the undercoat, first place finish, carwash and resetting the need maintenance light was what was entered. I left a message with Kelly yesterday about this and received a call from someone else. I told him the situation and he told me that he would call me today on Friday which I never have received a phone call and that I would be emailed proof of the under coating. And he still wasn’t sure about the first place finish. So as I mentioned again, I really don’t know what was completed and this has made my experience very poor so far. This whole situation is not Kelli’s fault so they should have no reflection on her, but I’m really not sure who to turn to it this point. Kathy W

The sensor check light came on today so after spending 2.5 hours there yesterday, I have to bring my car back in for service.
