Complementary oil change after buying used car off of the lot. I asked for the tires to be rotated and the oil changed. Tires were never rotated and I sat in the waiting area for TWO HOURS. After all of that I asked for a trade value on my car and never even got a call.

I sincerely appreciate Jose’s timeliness in getting me a loaner so I could drop the car off and get to work, and he really tried to help save me money and get my car taken care of - appreciate the great communication!
