Jose demonstrated excellent customer focus from the start to the end of my service visit. He managed to squeeze me in for a problem diagnosis and resolution on what was a really busy Saturday for the Service Department, communicated with me fully and regularly throughout my visit, and had me out the door in less time than anticipated. Job well done, and very much appreciated by me!

It was a complete pleasure to work with Steve on my service. Steve is an expert on vehicle repair and maintenance. He is extremely honest and is an excellent communicator. He enhances the McGrath brand and you should clone him if you can. Great hire for Mc Grath service.
