While I was completely satisfied with how my Service Advisor, Jose Rodriguez, took care of me, I am less so with the actual service. Apparently, in prepping my car up after the service, a technician neglected to secure the driver's side sway bar link. I found this out when, a day after the service, I turned my wheels counterclockwise all the way and I got a grinding noise. Afterwards, I looked through the gaps in the driver's side wheel and saw an unsecured suspension piece. I have always been very satisfied with Acura's technicians for the last 7 years of my TLX ownership. I will be calling on Monday to see when this can be repaired. As this appears to be technician error, I do not expect to be charged for correcting this. So, Jose Rodriguez gets an "excellent" grade from me, but the technician who worked on the sway bars gets a "needs severe coaching." Thank you, Pearson M
