Keli was very professional and provided great customer service. She sent number of messages to keep me posted on my vehicle. I went to another McGrath acura branch prior to yours and I am so happy To choose this location because the service is excellent and personnel especially STEVE is very knowledgeable , kind and patience enough to deal with a meticulous person like me! My aut idle stop on my Acura TLX worked fine before I brought it in for Acura’s recommended software upgrade. Now it does not work at all. I am being told that I need a new battery because it will not hold a charge ( I purchased that battery in math) and that the battery cable needs replacement. Total 643.41. This is total b.s. Whatever happened to that vehicle happened under your care. I am extremely unsatisfied.
