Had to return to the dealership after an oil change. The mechanic found oil residue which was not cleaned off aftef the oil change. Unfortuneatly, I had to leave work early, this was an invenience to my schedule. Service advisor Jonthan was very professional. The issue was the work by the mechanic resulting on a return to the dealership. Thank you for asking about my recent experience.

Don't inflate tires to 36 inside, 10 minutes later they were 37. I think 33 is the right number.

Went out of his way to find a fix for my car and displayed initiative to get the parts, schedule the appointment and make sure it was fixed. I was about to use double stick tape because I had been told repeatedly that this problem couldn’t be fixed. I’m very pleased with his help on this! He’s a keeper!

Got there at 5:50 PM and left at 6:15 with a new battery. So very pleased. Had purchased the “now dead” battery on July 24, 2023…but it died. After hours waiting for a jump from USAA, was able to arrive in time in Libertyville to get it replaced. Thank you.
