I called in Saturday to make an appointment to repair my drivers side tail lights, which were cracked. I asked for the Service Department. I was told I could come in on Sunday for the repair. Naturally I expected that the parts were in stock. I was told by Kelli on Sunday that my part was not in but should be in by Tuesday. She said the appointment was not made by the Service Department and that the Service Department would have checked to see if the parts were in before making an appointment. On Tuesday I called and spoke with Tom. He said, without checking, that if the part was in, I would have been called. I asked for Kelli and Tom said she was not in that day. I asked him if he could check on the part and he said he’d check & call me the next day. I asked him if he could check that day and he instead transferred me to Parts. Parts didn’t answer. I left a message but they never called. Kelli called me later that day (Tuesday) to tell me the part was in. She stated that she was not off that day and she didn’t know why Tom would have said that she was not in. We scheduled the car to come in on Wednesday, at which time they did the repair, which was $70 over the estimate. So- no- I was not a satisfied customer! I will say Kelli couldn’t have been nicer but the service provided by the others left a lot to be desired!

Steven weathers was great from start to finish. Kept me informed of everything and was accurate. He was not pushy at all. Technicians was also great. My car feels as brand new as well.

Steven kept me informed and supported by answering all questions. He understood my concern that my brand new MDX had three system failures and it needed to be fixed. He is an asset to your company and dealership. Give him a raise or a bonus!!!
