Brad is fine but I still need some assistance getting some work completed on the exterior and interior of my car. The service levels at your dealership are simply not up to the levels I would expect especially considering that Jaguar is a luxury brand.

Brad was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond in trying to assist with warranty claim. The noise for motor mounts existed when car was last serviced at dealership, so a more thorough inspection would be a suggestion for improvement moving forward, as car was under 60k miles and would have been covered by warranty. Overall, I am satisfied with service and customer service.
