Yes the service advisor called me to ensure I was at the right service interval. Completely resolved my warranty issue on the trunk and was able to fix it same visit as regular maintenance schedule. Washed my be car before receiving it back. A small thing but a nice surprise. This was my first visit since buying the car. Service and Sales was truly a great experience. Service advisor Brad texting me the status of my vehicle. The upstairs restaurant was awesome to eat while I waited. Tim ( best sales guy I have ever worked with) from LandRover let me test drive the Discovery Sport and answered my questions on the vehicle. Love the Jaguar and LandRover brand. More importantly Merritt Island Jaguar / LandRover has superb sales and service team. Worth the drive from Minneola Florida to do business with. Will be ready to purchase my next vehicle in late 2022 early 2023 from your dealership!

I think the service experience was excellent!! Jessica walked me through every step they had to take with Ford and the recalls and the influence it had on other parts of the mechanics of the car. Lincoln was very effective in diagnosing in repairing the recalls.
