The smelling A/C hasn’t been resolved. The odour machine run didn’t make any improvement.

Mark likes to say "can not duplicate" so that I have to call the Lincoln concierge to have Palm Bay Ford fix it. It's still there at Island Lincoln, problem unresolved. Not sure why I'm getting this questionnaire while you still have the vehicle. I wish I could end the lease now so I didn't have to deal with your dealership anymore.

In the end, Brad worked hard to make things right. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I called and left voicemails 3 times just to try and schedule an oil change appointment. I finally called a manager just to find out what was happening and got it scheduled but it wasn’t for two weeks. I requested a loaner car while the service was being done. On the morning of my appointment I found out that a loaner was not available. The shuttle was able to bring me to my office which worked out ok but it was pretty disappointing. With it just being an oil change, I hoped the service and I take a few hours.6 hours later, my vehicle was still not done and I got concerned that it would not be ready in time for me to pick up my son from school. I called the dealership to see what could be done. I had to get a ride from a coworker to come pick my vehicle up and when I arrived I was informed that there was a problem when they were airing up my tires and my vehicle would not be ready for me in time. A loaner was provided for me at that time which was very helpful. When I came to get my vehicle the next morning, I was a little surprised and disappointed that I was charged for the repair to the valve stem that have been broken the day before. I did not make a fuss about it but overall it was a very poor customer service experience. I have received much better experience from other dealerships. For the price that is charged at Land Rover, I would expect much higher quality. Honesty, I would not recommend anyone get service here. I really hope things improve. Mark is a good guy and always nice to talk to but things have been challenging the last few times I’ve brought my vehicle in.
All are always kind a d helpful. The gentleman who delivered my vehicle to my home today get an extra shout out. Such a nice man.

Brad was professional and attentive. My only issue (not with Brad) but the dealership was the length of time to get a car wash after my service was finished. The vehicle should be in the queue prior to getting out of service, so I don’t wait another 1.5 hours after already waiting 2 hours for my service to be completed. Otherwise, I’m thrilled there is a place to eat while I wait and the folks I dealt with (the tech and Brad) were great!
