Excellent service and I was very pleased.
Please don't tell a waiting customer the time it will take will be only about 2 hours..... The vehicle was received at 12:06 by the time the vehicle was completed and we left the facility it was will after 5 PM...... Maintenance that was completed, I will assume was done professionally, which is most important. The work done was due to recall issues.

Oil change is a little pricey
There were several things I found to be off-putting today, but I will just mention two here. I am not sure if Mark intended to come off this way, but I found him to be a little bit rude and very pretentious towards me. I inquired about getting my car detailed at the dealership and his response was to scoff and tell me that it was too expensive at the dealership. Am not sure if he was intending to save me money or making a judgment about my ability to afford such a service. Based on his tone towards me throughout my time at the dealership, I am leaning towards the later. He also had me “pay” twice saying that the first transaction didn’t go through. After paying the first time, he gave me the keys, had me sign a receipt, gave me my receipt and I left. I was in my car getting ready to leave when he came out to me and told me that the payment didn’t go through and asked for my credit card again. I mentioned my concern about being charged twice and he sternly replied that if I was charged twice, I would get my money back on Monday. I gave him him my card and he came back a few minutes later saying that everything went through this time. He did not provide a receipt for this second transaction. I had to ask for one. I really was very unimpressed with the service I received today. Was left feeling rather poorly about my time at your dealership. I definitely felt like I was an inconvenience.
