Promoting Ashli R. Is the best decision you have made for your service department. I can’t even say enough good things about her never I would run oug of room. Honesty, integrity, prompt, excellent communication at all times, every step is reviewed by me first because i request that at pick up. I don’t care If i moved to another state I would still drive here for service with Ashli R. Only with her and no one else. She is capable of more responsibility so if you have a higher position open you would be mistaken not to choose her. Happy customers, make for increase in your kpi”s and them the revenue increases. So thank God for this woman. She is my Holy Grail. Employees like her never apply. She is one in a million. Please forward to corporate CEO or I will contact him on mu own but in the meantime can please forward to the ceo of this dealership.
