To expensive just to replace a turn signal lite bulb. I an going to purchase a new vehicle in the near future and I guarantee it will not be a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. I was forced to purchase two complete headlight units within one. Each cost over $500.00, because an electrical component burner out identically. No it was quoted that a small bulb replacement will cost over $300.00. Who makes a vehicle where you can't replace a lite bulb without costing you a week pay? Never again will I buy a Ford product and I will actively tell everyone I know how much a rip off company Ford is. But I must say the service agent was a great customer service agent. I know his hands are tied by a company that doesn't care about a customer's pocketbook.
Jessica was nice but the shop took twice as long as quoted to do the work. Was told about 3 hours and it took 6.5.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Liked the Valet service, loaner car, communication on service status and quality of work.
When I got back to my house today, the Land Rover was having the same problem.
