Jesse is friendly, professional, and down to earth representative. It’s always a pleasant experience going there. The prices **** though. Need a rewards program for ppl that get their car serviced there regularly. Those fake discounts work on people that don’t know better. Robert is always awesome too.

I sent multiple videos of a safety issue, it is documented and nothing can be done of it doesn’t fail in the shop. Not acceptable on this expensive of a car especially!
