I had a scheduled appointment to have my new key fobs cut and then programmed to my car. It took exactly two hours for that! While others had their vehicles serviced and still got out quicker than me.

Your service representatives are informative & knowledgeable. What I’m not satisfied with is the Honda itself. It appears there is 1 problem after another. We had bought 3 autos from JOD between 2011-2019. We will not buy another Honda. Quality, resale and other issues say don’t buy another. So, there will be no more issues after today. I just traded our 2019 Pilot for a new SUV. It is unfair to say we weren’t satisfied with Kaylen or Andy, we’re not satisfied with Honda. No more showing up there for us.

I always feel like I’m important at the service department. Andy Michaelis has helped me many times over the years and is always so professional and on-point. I love my Honda Pilot and I love the customer care I get at jack o diamonds. I mean every word I’ve written. It’s one of the reasons I’ve had 3 pilots, all from JOD.
