I was told my car would be done at 4pm by the gentleman who checked me in. I don't remember his name. My car wasn't ready until 5pm. It wasn't too bad because they let me know ahead of time. I would have preferred to hear 5pm in the first place.

Russ was nice but seemed like maybe he was new? There was some confusion with my service and I never got a copy of the inspection report so I don’t know what they found. He said you don’t give out paper copies anymore and that one would be text or emailed to me, but I haven’t gotten anything.
