It was Saturday morning and I came in as a Drive - In, without an appointment. Spencer came over right away. I said I had a battery issue, called in yesterday but no appointment times available. Was told I could bring the car and get service as a Drive-In very possibly. Spencer checked the battery, looked like it was an issue and explained a more detailed check was needed. End result was a new battery, quick service, good service! Thanks Spencer,

2:40 appt, work started at 3:30, completed at 4:00, told it was ready at 4:15. Simple oil change and tire rotation. So much wasted time. What's the point of an appointment?

Service was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. The entire process was so stream lined. Jake definitely deserves a huge raise, he handled customers and the repair and booking process as if he owned the dealership himself you can definitely tell he cares about his work and has great respect for what he does.

I liked Quentin overall, but why would he let me drive the car after he told me I had a broken ball joint. He should’ve said leave the car here to get fixed. My car broke down a few miles down the road after I left Honda.

The quality of work is always exceptional. However, today it took about 3 hours to change 2 filters, a light bulb and repair a tire. That's too long.

Austin is a great communicator! This is super important for customers with complicated issues & difficult decisions to make. He is extremely helpful & honest. He's knowledgeable, approachable, patient, professional, collaborative & trustworthy. I didn't love the issues with my vehicle, but was so thankful to work with him again.
