Service Advisor Ron Speno has known me and guided my service requests at this Honda dealer for many years. The man is a first-class act who knows exactly how to treat customers, and is one reason why I keep coming back. All service advisors should take a page from Ron’s customer-care book!

Not happy with my experience! Wasn’t offered solutions to my problem and basically overcharged me, and the representative looked like he did not want to be there and seemed careless. I expect a better experience, especially me being a loyal Honda customer!
