Ron and I spoke Friday and as described the problem I was seeing he said I know what it is. I asked him to quote me how much the part and labor would be to fix the car and within a minute he had it ready for me. I towed the car in this morning and the car was repaired within the time period Ron said it would be. Plus, the price quote was right on the money. Ron really knows what he’s doing.
Juan Perez was great. He had amazing customer service and kept me updated on the status of my car. However, after getting a new battery installed my car alarm keeps going off whenever I unlock my car. Then my car goes into accessory mode when I try to start it. It takes me a few minutes to finally get my car to start. This is something that was overlooked by the technicians and I have to wait another weekend to go get my car fixed. It is very inconvenient and something that should have been checked before giving me my vehicle.

Excellent and professional
Jason, my rep, was very friendly, and the car was delivered at the time promised. However, after I left the service department, I heard vibration under my hood. I pulled over, opened the hood, and saw the tech had not placed the hood prop in place. It was just banging freely on the top of my motor. I looked around and also saw that my windshield wiper fluid cap was not on and that fluid had begun to splash out. The tech department should secure these matters before sending the car out to a customer. Other that this, no complaints.

The faults are not fixed and they told me that it needs more than 4:00 hours and that it will cost you more than 6:00 dollars, although I waited for more than 3:00 hours. And for the record, it was fixed outside. It didn't take 5:00 minutes and didn't cost me anything Pls let me no
