The ceramic sealant was placed on my Rogue over the top of bugs! The car should have been contaminant free before applying the ceramic. We have already asked for a call back regarding this issue but have not heard back from anyone.

Great service, efficient communication, and a great atmosphere to work in while I waited. I sincerely appreciate Britton checking in and being honest when something “extra” happened. No one likes to sit and wait all day for their vehicle but I was given an estimate ahead of time and the waiting area was prefect to work from. Everyone was extremely nice, even those walking through who had no idea what I was doing there all day. Amazing staff means happy customers!! Thank you!!!

I was not charged the advertised price for a tire rotation. I called and asked for the service manager to call me but I guess he was too busy to get back to me. I don’tlike being ignored. If you don’t want to talk to me you can talk to the BBB. A seriously dissatisfied customer! Sorry that I ever did business with you!

My husband brought the car in to have the check engine light turned off, only turned off. Appt was at 740 am. It apparently took until 9am and a 25 min test drive to do so. Also the service advisor was a jerk. So much so that if the lady in front of him hadn't called him out for his sarcastic jerk attitude he would have. It's better to drive out to Suntrup or hell drive around with a light on than to come back there. Especially since it cost 100.00 to be treated like crap

I bought my car several months ago. Just had first oil change. I financed the extended service plan under impression that I have oil changes and car washes for at least 8 years. I’m owed a tank of gas. I found out that my salesman is no longer with your organization. Sales manager Steve ? I only get one car wash after I get service work done? I will not sign up for car wash club.
