Jeanine M Johnston was awesome. I couldn’t go to the dealership the day that I was originally scheduled. She went above and beyond made sure it was convenient for me because of my work schedule. She called and did a follow up to make sure I would bring my vehicle by the time the windshield repair technician was at the dealership. After getting to the dealership Jeanine was very polite and professional. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and my tire was repaired as well. Thank you

I dropped my car off for a a diagnosis on my lift gate and sunroof in regards to an extended warranty. I worked with Dakota who was very friendly and professional. I was told that on a Monday that I would need finish the deductible for my warranty and all repairs for my lift gate and sunroof would be covered. On Tuesday I was informed that when my sunroof was disassembled, there were two parts that are “one time use” that the warranty would not cover and I would be charged an additional $215. At this time, my sunroof was already disassembled and I had no choice but to pay for the parts to have my sunroof repaired. I spoke to the warranty company who said that the dealership would have been made aware of all parts that were covered under the warranty during the first initial call. I spoke to a manager because I was confused and concerned as to why the dealership did not inform me of the additional charge before disassembling my sunroof. The manager agreed to take off one of the pieces that were $100. When my husband arrived to pick up and pay for my car, only $40 was deducting from my total bill. Originally I was to pay $200 for my deductible and ended up paying $375. I also now have what appears to be a water mark on the shade of my sunroof that was not there prior to the repairs.

I had spoken to a rep prior to bringing in our Rogue. I gave her a short list of things we wanted looked at or accomplished while being in for a recall evaluation. When we brought it in w/our reservation, none of those listed items were in our reservation record. As such, had to recall them on the fly and forgot a couple. Which means we'll have to bring back for any add'l follow up. We don't always have ample free time as this vehicle is at college w/our son. I just called in to see about making appt for next week as the service rep indicated we likely need things like fluid replacement or flushes. When I spoke w/someone this morning, they couldn't tell me what services are typically scheduled at which mileage. Just bring it in and we'll look it over and let you know if anything needs done. That's not what we were led to believe during our recall visit. Frustrating

I honestly thought there was more to the problem they diagnosed and they were going to need to get to the timing gear (which have some history of cracking/breaking). Instead, I get charged double for what an OEM VVT Intake Solenoid costs and $449 for something that can be replaced in 15 minutes. I know because I got the same code the very next day and replaced the exhaust VVT Solenoid (same part) and did it in under 10 minutes. The code immediately went away on it's own. I feel taken advantage of and considering a BBB complaint or some type of further action. My Dad/Mom (long time Auffenberg customers) are livid and pretty mad about it. $449 in labor for a few minutes of work is just criminal!

When making an apt we were asked if we were dropping car off or waiting for car. We said drop off. The night before dropped off car. At 2 pm we checked if car was done. No it wasn’t. We were told the drop off cars are worked on after the cars that are being waited for. Next time we will saying waiting for car. We had to get someone to pick me up. Just didn’t know how that worked but now we know.
