Very prompt oil change at approximately 20 minutes.
Brought vehicle back in because something still draining battery,
Last appointment was given new battery and told that was problem along with adjusting brake pedal to fix shifting problem.
The new 82 month warranty battery needed jumped in less than 6 months
So to find out the cause im told i needed to pay 100 to diagnose battery and its dead(already new that!) and to go further purchase new battery and pay additional $100 diagnosis, purchased oil change and was NEVER Done
Asked to speak to Kenn Lards boss and told he doesnt have one and no one else we can speak to . $240 later no answers and no oil change done, guess this is how customers purchase vehicles from Auffenburg are treated , not to mention how rude and unprofessional Kenny was.
When paying I asked Britton if there was someone else I could speak to and he said no only Kenny, there isnt anyone else above him at Auffenburg
Lesson learned on where not to go for services or to purchase any vehicles from

We are new in this area snd very pleased to find a dealership that made us feel at home. Your service representatives were helpful and courteous.
I recently had new tires put on. After I picked the vehicle up, one of the tires was showing it only had 18 psi, and another tire wouldn't register at all so I turned around and an employee filled it up for me and said give it about a quarter of a mile to calibrate. No biggy. The next day as I drive to work, the tire now reads 26 psi instead of 35 and the other tire still won't register, tire and warning lights on the dash are on leaving me worried to drive it.
My vehicle service was very well done. Dakota took my information and informed of details about my car I did not know. He walked me through each step and was very kind throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming for all of my service needs.
