When I got home I was missing my back passenger tire hub cap. It was fine when I drove in and not there when I got home. I called to report it and the service person told me that it must be the age of my car and the week clips on the cap. I really was not happy with his answer. My car is a 2014 I have had 3-cars through Yuba City Toyota and this was the first time I have ever had anything like this happen. I am not a happy customer today because of how the service person felt with my phone call. He was not compassionate about my loss and it bothered me.
He was friendly and personable. He answered my questions patiently.

He was got my vehicle in and out earlier than expected. He explained what the problem with the headlight was.

Side note on making appointments. It is impossible now to make an appoint with the online system. Every time is blocked out for sometimes 2 months out. Im not sure if this is a system issue or somehow people are planning scheduled and emergency maintenance that far out.
Last 3 services were drop off with no appointment and come back later.
Dallas got my car in fast & fixed the problem. All the staff was polite & helpful!
Very professional & caring
I told Matt after the service I ask him if they can free wash my car he said okay. Then when is finish my service I went in my car it seems like is not wash. The bugs still there then I dint think it’s been wash. Then they wash it again when they give me the car the water still all over the car and inside on the driver side is soak and wet. I thought they put some paper on the floor on the driver side. I’m not happy on my visit.

Usually an oil change/tire rotation appointment takes 1-1.5 hours. My recent appointment took over 3 hours. When I checked after 2 hours I was told my truck will be done “soon”.
The staff did not seemed concerned with getting my truck done in a timely manner.

Dallas, just a heads up when I got into my truck the main glove compartment had been opened and the contents we're on the floor.I don't know why that would happen unless someone was looking for something and the contents we're not placed back in the box.??????
