Dallas was very informative and helpful. My concern was how long it took to install 4 new tires and do an alignment....11:30-4:00 was a bit long, even with a very nice waiting area. I had a ride to a friends so spent time there. Maybe they were low on technicians being the day after Thanksgiving.
I used the dealership website to order my tires ahead of time, but the service writers didn’t have access to that so it took about 10 minutes for them to figure out if my tires were there or not....a glitch in the web process.
Came in with a headlight out and a tire light on. Left with a tire light on.

He answered all of my questions and I had lots. He let me know I could change oil at 10,000 miles instead of 5,000 which is what I was doing. I was concern about filter as I work for a very dusty lumber yard. He advised me next service to change. He went over and beyond the retail duty and I so very appreciate and definitely will be back.

When I informed him that my husband used to do all the maintenance on my vehicle, but that my he had recently passed away, he stated he knew my husband & would know where to take over my vehicles maintenance & we would start keeping a new record at Toyota for future reference. That was very helpful.
The process was not so fast, as I expected. But I have spend a good time in waiting area. They have great coffee and chocolate machine, and great choice of snakes at vending machines.

Why can’t the car be jumpstarted?
We have had to have AAA twice in three years once for a tow and battery replacement and once for battery replacement .
We are about to start looking for a replacement. Not Toyota

Everything was perfect except for the guy that drove my vehicle back to the front. He slammed the transmission in to park while the vehicle was still in motion, also put the drivers seat all the way forward. No need to mess with the drivers seat to change the battery.
