The last time I was at Toyota, I set in the waiting room for over 3 hours. With no acknowledgement.i went up only to find out my car was done. Went in this time and asked how long didn’t want to be sitting there for 3 hours . They said it would be 4 this time. Didn’t appreciate the joke

I brought my Avalon for calibration of the safety systems following a windshield replacement. You could not calibrate, and I understand it might be an auto glass issue, but when I got the car back, none of the safety systems are working anymore!
