Matt , made the check in very simple.He explained the service options for the miles on the car.Wade also stepped in to make my visit as friendly as possible.I was also present when Chris Markee and Wade were discussing an issue with a customers car and the arrived to resolve.All contact persons including the check out were very professional to my concerns.

The cashier was rude. I asked if tire pressure senor light went off after the tires were aired up and was told "I'm sure it did, they would have written a note".... senor light was still on. Asked for half synthetic oil change, not sure I got it, as it was not corrected or indicated on the paperwork. Nor did anyone go over the final paperwork with me to point out the inspection results. Very disappointing and terrible customer service.

When I showed up to drop off the vehicle, I was told that I did not have an appointment even though I had made the appointment the previous day. It took longer for the drop off because Mr Cardenas could not find my appointment/reservation

Absolutely Horrible! Walked in today to have my oil changed! Dead silence from the service advisor who never said one word to me, except it would be 3 hours! I told him to cancel, as I was NOT waiting 3 hours when I had a reservation. He then proceeded with one hour, since I was going to walk away!! Decided to use their services since I live here, as I always go out of the way to Roseville Toyota! I don't think they have one friendly employee that works here, including management! I told the manager ( Wade) what a bad experience, and he could care less! Will never go back here! All employees look miserable. If you want good customer service, better prices, etc... go the extra few miles to Roseville!
