Brought it in with "issues"- without an appointment. Even as busy as you were, you got it in, and gave me a ride home; later letting me know it was fixed !Much appreciated - especially the "under warranty" part!:)

Dallas was excellent but i had an appointment for a routine 10,000 miles maintenance and it took over two and a half hours almost three hours for my car to be done. Isn’t it the hole point of making an appointment is so you have the priority over the walkings? And furthermore aren’t you supposed to have a mechanic ready just for your appointments. I have been to other dealerships to have the maintenance done in my cars and have never taken anything close the time i had to wait for a routine maintenance. Also every time i took my cars to the other dealerships they washed the outside of my car. This the second time I take the car and wasn’t washed at all. It is my strong believe that even though i live 12 minutes from Yuba City dealership I won’t take my car there, i will take it close to where I work in Elk Grove CA. Your employees at the front desk are very friendly is just your priorities need to be addressed so it doesn’t keeping happening to your costumers. Specially when it’s a free maintenance from just buying a brand new car so when the free ones run out you might take it to them cuz they always took care of you.. thanks Oswaldo P

When i was waiting to have my car pulled up to leave, the guy who pulled it up parked on the other side of the building and when he got out of the car it took him over 5 minutes to walk inside to deliver my keys to the front desk. The whole time the guy who was returning my eyes was texting on his phone walking extremely slow. When I finally got inside of my car the guy who returned it did not bother to take out the placemat he put inside of it or the number on the rear view mirror. I just wanted to let you guys know how un professional it was. Thank you.

Only comment that I would think should be considered by the service department is that if I buy one of your top-end 84-month recommended Toyota car batteries and you install it but do not put the protective covering over the connectors originally and want to charge me I believe 30 or so dollars to do the job you should have done the first time. I declined that service even though as well intended by Matt I have the tools and the materials to do it at home. Regardless, every time I'm in the service center it's a-plus. I just thought you might want to know what I experienced so someone else doesn't bring it up as a complaint which I am not complaining about.Matt has service my vehicle since 2003 and he's always been very very good to me. Weight is a very attentive service manager and always appreciate him greeting me with a handshake and a smile and making sure I get the best service available.

The team was friendly and nice. First time being in the new Toyota dealership, the waiting area was nice. Comfortable chairs, there was water coffee. Just very aware and comforting to customers waiting for their vehicle. Had a great experience, thank you!
