Service was okay. I expected the car would be at least vacuumed since it was 50K service
We were extremely disappointed to have to wait for over 3 hours to have new rims put on our truck. We made sure to schedule an appointments as to not have to wait. Our time was for 9 am. We are loyal to the companies we purchase our vehicles from and had fully intended on having our servicing done at your facility. After our experience we are ABSOLUTELY reconsidering have our truck serviced through Toyota Yuba City.

Miguel was professional and very good.
My only complaint which had nothing to do with Miguel was that my car was returned poorly washed.
William was nearly exact on the estimated time for the oil change. Do wish the techs were quicker though.

My appointment took twice as long as it has in the past. When I arrived at my allotted time a service representative immediately checked me in. Since the other routine service appointments were never longer than 90 minutes I opted to wait for my car. It took 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change and I was never updated as to why it was taking so long.
I have no complaints. Service was good.
Very friendly, cordial service including the shuttle driver and the
man who drove the car to the queue after service was provided.
