Dallas “helped” me not Matt, I would have preferred Matt. I called and left a message on Sunday. Dallas called Monday morning and I asked for a 2:00 appt and he said he had nothing available until Tuesday so I said no. 30 seconds later Matt called and I said I just talked to Dallas and there were no spots available, he said he could fit me in! Why didn’t Dallas fit me in? Walked in at 2, Matt was not at his desk and Dallas was, I said I was here to see Matt for a 2:00 appt. He said he’d help me. I keep getting weird electrical errors and video tapped it but no one can find out the problem per Dallas, said they would even look at the computer to see what it said. He said they have to have the car there while the instrument panel was acting up. I won’t be bringing my car back here, unhappy with “customer service” or lack of.

This may seem minor to you but it’s not to me. I have 4 Toyota dealers I can purchase from so I suggest you take this complaint seriously. Please stop moving my seat. It’s as if you think it’s funny to change peoples seat positions because after service at your garage my seat is changed to a polar opposite setting from how I have it positioned. This screams poor customer service to me. Try working on not changing your customers seat settings. Judy Robinson

Miguel met me as I arrived. After getting the appropriate information from the vehicle, he met me at his station inside. I told him I needed oil/filter, wipers, tires rotated, and a check of the spare because it was low. We completed the paperwork and I went over to the wait area to read a book. The car was ready in about one hour. Great service.
