Made online appointment two weeks ago and they did not show me having an appointment. Phillip **** was not who I saw today. Very disappointed with my experience today and will probably go to another Hyundai dealership for my future services for both of my hyundai's. All of the good service agents have left and I have no idea who you have in the service department now besides Cathy and she was not there today. I am very disappointed in Ed Voyles service department all together. I give the service department a score of 4 from 1-10. Poor customer service, agents are not friendly at all especially Phillip.
I usually communicate with the same female consultant in the service department she was not working today. Rachel took care of me today and she provided great service today. I am a satisfied customer once again.

I was told my cat-converter was clogg and it was replaced. I let you guys slide with that story cause I was hopeful that my car run like it did before it went down. Well it doesn't, it shifts and drives but it sounds bad. I am beginning to question what was actually wrong and why the source of the clog wasn't addressed. I never heard a cat-converter causing the problem and every time a cat went bad in my experience it was because of oil clogging it up. So why did my cat clog? Why does my car still sound like crap. Why does it appear as thought my engine was removed from my car? I am very disappointed I will call the warrantee company tomorrow.
Kathy was great as always. She took care of my needs in a courteous and professional way.
